146 Promising tools to facilitate the implementation of TDM of biologics in clinical practice

Therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) of biologics - encompassing the measurement (trough) concentrations and anti-drug antibodies is emerging as a valuable tool for clinical decision-making. While this strategy needs further validation, attention its implementation into clinic warranted. Rapid testing easy sampling are key to implementation. Here, we aimed evaluate feasibility volunteers’ perception home microsampling quantification adalimumab (ADM) in psoriasis patients. In addition, compared lateral flow (LFT) with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Patients participating SUPRA-A study (clinicaltrials. gov NCT04028713) were asked participate substudy where volumetric absorptive (VAMS) was performed at home. At 3 time points, whole blood corresponding serum samples collected ADM using an in-house ELISA. patients’ perspective on evaluated via questionnaire. LFT-obtained agreed very well ELISA results (Pearson’s correlation = 0.95 R2 0.89). determined both capillary (via finger prick) venous VAMS correlated strongly 0.87). Our preliminary data (n 7) rapid home-based considered promising regard TDM adalimumab, warranting research.
